Louise uses a secure Video Call service to facilitate access to therapy through Telehealth sessions. A private link for your video call will be forwarded via email or text to you prior to your appointment.

Confidentiality: What you discuss during your sessions with Louise will remain confidential. Your personal information and the content of your sessions will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent, except in exceptional circumstances where there may be a risk of harm to you or another person. In such rare cases, we are legally obligated to take necessary steps to ensure safety.
