Louise uses a secure Video Call service to facilitate access to therapy through Telehealth sessions. A private link for your video call will be forwarded via email or text to you prior to your appointment.
Confidentiality: What you discuss during your sessions with Louise will remain confidential. Your personal information and the content of your sessions will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent, except in exceptional circumstances where there may be a risk of harm to you or another person. In such rare cases, we are legally obligated to take necessary steps to ensure safety.
Information Collection: As part of providing you with the best possible psychological service, Louise will need to collect certain personal information from you. This information may include your name, date of birth, and contact details, as well as details about your current difficulties and personal history. Please understand that collecting this information is essential to provide you with a relevant and informed psychological service tailored to your needs.
Record Keeping: Psychologists are mandated to maintain accurate records of their sessions with clients. Your personal information and the content of your sessions will be securely stored within an electronic management system called Halaxy. Rest assured that only Louise will have access to this system, ensuring that your information is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
